Absolutely. Just choose a Squarespace template that you like and include the name in the form.

No, that’s not possible. However, you can customize the colors, fonts, buttons, and other elements of each template. So think of the template you choose as a starting point and don’t get too hung up on it.

This is the "built-in domain name." By default, Squarespace generates a random name, such as peanut-parrot.squarespace.com.
Later, you’ll link your own domain name to your website. You won’t end up using the default domain name, but I think it looks neater to replace it with your company name or your own name right away. This can even help improve your SEO.
