You certainly can! Squarespace has its own support department. Or check my blog for tips. If you still can't figure it out after that, this call is ideal.

No way. We can also optimize the look and feel of your site or look at your content together. You decide the focus. Keep in mind that my expertise is with Squarespace, and not with other software tools you may also be working with.

If you have one or two simple questions, 30 minutes is usually sufficient. If it involves multiple topics or a more complex issue, then 60 minutes is likely to be required.
Anyway, we start with 30 minutes. If it turns out during the call that we need more time, you can decide to extend to 60 minutes.
